Thyroid Rite {Review}

I've struggled over the last few years with being over weight having gone through some emotional life changing things between loosing family and being pregnant my weight got kind of out of control and I gained almost 50 lbs.
So when I was asked to review Thyroid Rite, I was definitely game to try it if it would help kick my metabolism into gear so that I could loose weight.

The caplets are pretty large but where they are veggie coated, they are easy to swallow with water.  You have iodine from kelp, copper, zinc, magnesium and so many other natural herbs to help you have a healthy safe thyroid pill.

I definitely did notice a little more pep in my step while taking them and not as tired and slow as I've been lately where I have a 2yr old toddler and never really get a straight 8hrs of sleep.. They increased my metabolism, as I've been dropping weight more easily than I ever have. Though diet, exercise and lots of water help naturally too!

Seaweed Powder {Review}

I simply enjoy trying Insta Natural's products! This one is their 100% natural Seaweed Powder!
It comes in a huge 24oz tub! There is enough to make LOTS of different facial masks or even to wrap your body! (I haven't had the chance to do the wraps YET.)

As I said above you can use this as a body wrap to help with cellulite. You mix as directed on the tub and then wrap yourself in saran/plastic wrap, but a sheet or sweatpants and shirt over you to help sweat out the toxins and take a warm shower. Again, I have not gotten to try that aspect as I don't have the unlimited time to be indisposed if you will. But I can't wait to try it SOON!

But I did get to try it as a facial mask/scrub and I did enjoy it. It made my face feel great but I smelt like a walking swamp marsh due to the seaweed smell. If you can tolerate that it isn't bad. If the smell was toned down a little bit I would love it even more than I already do. When using it as a facial the seaweed helps get rid of nasty toxins and help fight acne leaving you with a clean and softer face.
One of the best things, It is certified organic and 100% NATURAL kosher certified seaweed powder!

If you should try the scrub like I did with the sea salt, make sure the salt is finely ground. Trying to rub it on your face is a little rough, and slightly hard to apply, as you can see in my picture of it on my face, the chunks are the salt but it was a little messy applying so I definitely did it over the bathroom sink.. I would also recommend putting on some rubber gloves when applying because if you have long nails like I do, it gets under your nails.

I would definitely recommend this product as I do with all the other insta natural products that I have tried. They put some care into their products that not everyone does.

5 HTP Mood & Weight Support Pills {Review}

I have been in a wicked funk and definitely stressed which is no way to be especially when you have a happy 2yr old little girl.

So when Chronos Pharma let me review their natural and pure 5 HTP Mood & Weight Support Enhancer pills I figured I'd give it ago.

They drastically helped me do a 180. I've been calmer and my stress level though I have alot going on, it has been thrown by the way side and I'm just taking it as it comes. They are set at 50mg and you can take up to 200mg. I just took the smallest dose until I knew it'd be okay in my body since sometimes wacky side affects happen but I had none will these.

I will say, them advising to take it at night is a good idea as it honestly does make you drowsy and help you to fall asleep. I'm up throughout the night with my daughter so I can't honestly say that I had a restful sleep but someone who doesn't have interuptions, probably will be rested.

I also have a hard time loosing weight and I haven't as of yet seen any weight loss by using these but after using them for awhile, I probably would.

I would highly recommend trying these pills for any of the above listed reasons.

Zenwise Hair Growth Vitamins {Review}

I have been struggling for last 2 years to get my hair to grow so I finally caved and decided to try vitamins in hopes that something would help.

All throughout my life, my hair has been long and down to my back. When I graduated high school, I decided to cut it and it has hardly grown long like I want it too.

Zenwise asked me to try their Hair Growth Vitamins and I said absolutely.

Their capsules are easy to swallow because they are soft.  And included in those capsules are 5000 btu of biotin which helps promote hair growth and just healthy hair.

It also helps with other deficiencies your body might be having to help your hair grow.

I did notice my hair start to grow some, not a huge difference yet but it's definitely longer than when I started taking my vitamins.

My sister did some highlights in my hair this summer and started at the roots as you would and my hair has grown enough that my highlights are further back in my hair and I no longer have anything in the front. I will continue to take these and see how long I can grow my hair. I've come to realize I may be deficient in something in my body that is stopping my hair from growing.

One thing I did notice is, well this does make everything else grow quicker as well - legs and armpits etc. But if that's the least I can find wrong with it, this company is doing something right!

180 Cosmetics Stretch Mark Cream {Review}

Stretch marks are always a major confidence killer no matter where you have them or how you got them. Of course you always see creams that claim to work and will help eliminate them.

I was able to review 180 Cosmetics Stretch Mark Cream. It definitely works! I don't know how else to say it, I used it on my arms first to see if it works and it did. It helped diminish the color of them and make them appear reduced. They are still there alittle but not as noticeable as they once were.
And for most people, having them fade even some is a huge ego boost. With today's society, we don't need anymore negativity then we already see and why should our stretch marks be any different?

I was slightly disappointed with the way amazon shipped the product to be as I had ordered a few other products and they were heavier containers and when I got it, the box was all squashed, damaged, when I opened the box lid part of the top holding the bottle inside was broke in half. Luckily the cream itself was not damaged but keep that in mind if you order this - I would almost recommend having it shipped separately.

You get a full size tube for a great price. I didn't notice a smell which is good for people who need things to be fragrance free. It's even safe to use before, during and after pregnancy and everywhere in between.
