Hair, Skin & Nails Supplement {Review}

When I get bored I cut my hair and then complain when it's too short to do anything. Regular biotin didn't seem to help quickly or make my hair grow!

That is until I tried 1 Body's Hair Skin & Nails Supplement!

I was so excited to see that they were easy to swallow vegetable capsules because let's face it we all hate swallowing huge pills. I wasn't too crazy over 'the taste' of them. There isn't too much I drink that masked it but it goes away quickly.

As for the capsules, they are easy to take, You simply take 2 a day with a meal. And you really do notice a different in just a few short days!

Here are pictures of my left hand, the top picture is the picture I took on the first day of starting them and within a few days there was a visible difference in my nails. The 2nd picture is like a week later.

I've noticed that it also helped my cuticles too especially on the middle finger!

I noticed a small growth in my hair but it wasn't enough that you can really tell in a picture.

These supplements are a vast help and I'm interested to see the growth in my hair as I continue to take the supplements.

Miss Landson Detangling Hair Brush {Review}

Having long hair that gets lots of knots can be painful while trying to maintain haircare. Having a toddler who has equally long hair with curls, I'm always trying to find products to make it easy to maintain her hair without tears.

In comes Miss Landson Detangling Hair Brush. My toddler has never wanted to brush her hair more than since I got this brush a week ago! She is continuously asking to brush her hair with the pink brush.

I don't know what makes this brush any different from your regular brushes, but this brush works magic on my daughter's hair. If I didn't know better I would think there's conditioner infused in the bristles to make it glide right through her hair! It's that easy.

I've noticed while using this brush for such a short time, that when brushing her hair there is less breakage than before, as normally when you look at a comb or brush - you have all those broken hairs you ripped out while brushing your hair.

It works great on both wet & dry hair! This brush really is a must for anyone who has knots. It doesn't matter the length of hair!

Retinol Moisturizer {Review}

As a girl who has started wearing more makeup, my face has badly needed a moisturizer, so I was very excited to jump on the chance of trying Body Merry's Retinol Moisturizer.

It leaves my face feeling really soft, and it doesn't dry it out like some products do especially since I have really dry skin to begin with. It hydrates my skin after wearing makeup all day, the green tea in it gives a great cooling effect, the hyaluronic acid tones my skin up. 

Using this in the morning before applying makeup and using it before bed has definitely made my face very happy. It works well with any skin type. As for the smell, I like it. It's very light but you can smell the shea butter which isn't an issue for me since I particularly enjoy the smell.

Age Defense Neck Cream {Review}

I'm so close to 30 that it scares me and I've really started to pay attention to my skin care, especially my face. Which leads me to trying Age Defense Neck Cream from Body Merry.

Foxbrim Total Hair Repair Oil {Review}

I have been frequently doing highlights in my hair lately to give myself a change and all of a sudden when I comb out my hair after using TONS of conditioner, my hair feels like straw and brittle. 

I was super excited to try out Foxbrim's Total Hair Repair Oil to condition. I am a huge fan of argan oil and this included with jojoba oil, shea butter, grape-seed oil & sunflower oil made my hair feel like absolute silk. 

Where it's an oil, I did use it in the shower and left it on while I did everything else, roughly 15 mins or so and rinsed and shampooed as normal. You can certainly leave it on over night but I hate to get my bed all oily and still works wonders with a quick treatment. 

Be careful what you use at first because less is more. You can always add more but you can't take it away!!

Facial Blotting Paper {Review}

So I've never really been a makeup person but even when I am, I notice that when I sweat especially at work while wearing makeup my face gets extremely oily. My friend also works with me and always has make up on so when I got this, I made her try them as well with me.

Konjac Facial Sponge {Review}

I had never heard of a Konjac Sponge before I did this review.

I was very excited to try it, it comes in a cute small brown box. When you take it out, you find a suction cup, and the spone all neatly sealed in plastic. When you first look at it, you'd almost think it's a chunk of cauliflower. That's honestly what I think every time I look at it.

The sponge is 100% Natural and has no chemicals or additives!

Konjac is a fiber that helps your skins oils and impurities. The sponge is really soft once you wet it and rub it on your face. When you scrub in circular motions, your helping to increase the blood flow in your face to help with skin cell growth.

Not to mention how soft your face feels. You can use this wet by itself or use your favorite cleanser for an even larger cleaning.

It's safe for all skin types especially sensitive skin, which I happen to have!! So much so I'm really not supposed to use anything with a scent but I do anyone and end up breaking out. So this was great to use and be okay with. They say it's even gentle enough for a baby.

There is no scent in it, or on it. It softly exfoliates your skin while cleansing and leaving your face feeling fresh and even give you a healthy glow.

This sponge is also compostable/biodegradable for those who are even more worried about where it ends up when you're done with it.

My only qualm with this was that although it included a suction cup to hang it up in the shower to let it air dry, the suction cup does not stick to tile walls, as this is the 2nd time I've found that out the hard way lately when I went to stick something up, so keep that in mind. I know most showers aren't tile but just a fair warning!

Over all, I loved using this on my face and would highly recommend it to anyone!
